Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, we take 50% of the appointment as a fee. Talk to us to find out more.
Policies
Deposits
To secure your appointment, we require a deposit for all services which will be deducted from your final balance. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to one rescheduled appointment. To avoid this deposit each visit, you may book your next appointment before you leave the salon.
Inform Us in Advance:
We want to ensure you have a wonderful experience with us, in a timely manner, therefore Creations by Andrea Nicole is a "appointment only" salon. To ensure that all clients are serviced at their appointed time, we ask that you be on time. If you are running late, please call or text to let us know. If you are more than 10 minutes late, rescheduling will occur and fees will apply. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), there is no guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting.
Cancellations & No-Shows:
Creations by Andrea Nicole Salon has a 24hr cancellation and rescheduling policy. You may conveniently cancel your appointments within the provided notice. If cancelled outside of this time frame, you will be unable to rebook for 72hrs! Time is of the essence...
Non-cancellations or "No-shows" will be charged 100% of the original service booked to be paid to your stylist at your next scheduled visit. In the event you miss THREE consecutive appointments without notice, you will be unable to schedule any future appointments.

We take pride in offering a variety of services tailored to your unique haircare needs. Please take time to read all the descriptions under our services. Please keep in mind that some services may not include styling. You can add multiple services to your cart so you may select the perfect options for you.
Payment Options:
Creations by Andrea Nicole Salon accepts Cash (preferred), Apple Pay, Zelle and Credit Card (fees apply). Balance must be paid be paid at the time of service. No exceptions.
